I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in South Carolina, North Carolina, California, Rhode Island, Florida Connecticut, and Maine. I believe in Therapy centered around compassion, honesty, healing, and growth. My perspective is in working with couples by understanding the whole person, exploring the system they live within, and identifying unique, applicable, and personalized skills.
I believe in cultivating a space that allows you to show up as the most complete and honest version of yourself. My goal is for every person I work with to feel connected to their own unique experience, while finding healing. My focus is on being fully present with my clients and understanding outside systems that may have created barriers to growth. Lastly, my approach to the therapeutic process involves having concrete solutions to everyday problems.
