About

Do you and your partner keep having the same arguments, leaving both of you feeling unheard or misunderstood? Many couples come to therapy feeling stuck in painful patterns, unsure how to communicate without things escalating, and worried that the distance between them is growing.

Beneath the conflict is often something much more vulnerable - a longing to feel understood, valued, and securely connected.

As a Level 3 trained Gottman therapist, I help couples understand the research-backed patterns that strengthen or erode relationships. Together, we work to improve communication, manage conflict more effectively, rebuild trust, and deepen emotional and physical closeness. Couples learn practical tools to fight right, reduce reactivity, and move toward more respectful and productive conversations.

I also draw on Emotionally Focused Therapy, which helps partners slow down and explore the emotions beneath their reactions. When we understand what's happening underneath anger, withdrawal, or defensiveness, meaningful change becomes possible. Conflict becomes less about winning and more about understanding.

Many seek therapy at a turning point - couples who feel disconnected or caught in recurring conflict, and individuals seeking greater self-awareness and clarity. Therapy offers a space to slow down, understand what's happening beneath the surface, and begin responding to life and to each other in new ways.

My role is to help clients recognize their impact on one another and on themselves, strengthen their bonds, and become active agents of change. Sessions are collaborative and grounded in compassion, with structure when helpful. My goal is not only to reduce conflict but to help you build relationships where everyone feels secure, understood, and deeply connected.
