About
My many years of work with adults, children, and families allow me to bring a thoughtful, collaborative approach to couples therapy, helping partners clarify what is happening in their relationship and identify the healthiest path forward together.
In my work with couples, I draw primarily from the Gottman Method, using research-based tools to strengthen friendship, improve communication, manage conflict more effectively, and rebuild trust and emotional connection. I help couples better understand their unique patterns, deepen empathy for one another, and develop practical skills that support lasting change.
I integrate Gottman interventions with elements of Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to address both the deeper emotional underpinnings of relationship challenges and the day-to-day behaviors that keep couples stuck. Together, we identify individual values as well as shared values as a couple, supporting partners in creating a relationship that feels more secure, intentional, and aligned with the future they want to build.
