I am passionate about helping couples have more satisfying relationships. I believe most couples simply need the right tools to improve communication, get their needs met, and feel closer to each other.
I have specialized training from The Gottman Institute and provide ways to improve your relationship in straightforward and doable steps.
I work collaboratively with couples to identify strengths and areas that need work in their relationship and to establish goals for therapy.
In addition to my experience working with couples I have been married for 30 years, which informs my ability to be non-judgmental and open to many different perspectives.
