About

My approach to couples therapy is rooted in attachment theory and the research-based framework of the Gottman Method. I bring over 15 years of engagement with this work and have completed all three levels of Gottman training, now working toward full certification.
What sets my practice apart is the integration of body-based healing alongside relational skill-building. As a certified Brainspotting therapist, I work with the nervous system directly, helping partners process stuck emotional experiences that often drive the patterns keeping them caught in conflict or disconnection.
I specialize in affair recovery, supporting couples in navigating the complex aftermath of betrayal with honesty and care. I also have deep experience working with neurodivergent couples, including those with ADHD, autism, and OCD, where I bring a strengths-based, neurologically informed lens to how partners understand and misread each other. I welcome couples navigating cultural differences, bicultural identities, and the unique relational dynamics that arise when partners come from different backgrounds.
My practice is somatic and mindfulness-informed throughout, honoring that real healing happens not just through insight, but through felt experience.
