About

I specialize in supporting people with neurodiversity in relationships, ensuring an inclusive and accommodating environment tailored to unique needs. I am LGBTQIA2S+ affirming and supporting all types of gender and sexual expressions and intimate relationships. I also support couples in religious transition or history of high control religious backgrounds. Client-centered approach to counseling where we collaborate together to identify goals and develop a personalized treatment plan. I can help you and your partner (s) improve communication, build intimacy (sex therapy), and strengthen your relationship. Therapy is for intimate partners (couples or more), families, siblings or parents navigating relationship changes. I lean into somatic body-based awareness throughout the session which is included in the Gottman Therapy practice. As a pre-licensed therapist I work under a licensed therapist as a supervisor.
