About
I help couples build stronger, healthier relationships by focusing on communication, trust, and emotional connection. Whether you’re looking to rekindle closeness, navigate conflict more effectively, find clarity and confidence about the next chapter in your relationship, or work together respectfully through separation or divorce, my approach is supportive, nonjudgmental, and grounded in evidence-based practices.
With Gottman Method Couples Therapy Level 3 training, certification in Bringing Baby Home, and training in Discernment Counseling, I use research-proven tools and structured interventions to guide partners through change. For the past five years, I’ve worked with couples at every stage of their relationship — from preparing for parenthood to blending families to navigating major transitions or considering divorce — always tailoring therapy to their unique needs.
In our work together, you can expect a warm, collaborative environment where both partners feel heard and respected. As an LGBTQ+ ally, I strive to make therapy an affirming and inclusive space. I combine skill-building exercises with gentle coaching to help you apply new insights in everyday life so you leave each session feeling more connected, empowered, and hopeful about your relationship’s future.
