About
Drawing from advanced training in the Gottman Method (Level 3), Discernment Counseling, Mediation and Parenting Coordination, I help couples navigate conflict, communicate with intention, and find clarity and confidence in their path forward - together or apart.
My work supports couples who want to grow together and resolve conflict, seek clarity and discernment about their relationship, navigate separation or divorce, or address the challenges of co-parenting. Each session is guided by compassion, curiosity, and respect for each couple’s unique path.
As an LGBTQ+ ally, I provide a safe and inclusive space for all couples. I am committed to helping all couples move toward greater understanding, confidence, and peace - wherever their next chapter leads.
