I work with couples, families and individuals with a focus on helping you build resilience in yourselves and your relationships whether they are new, long-term, committed, family, or professional.
I combine researched-based methods with my own diverse life experiences to help those who desiring healthier personal development, creating stronger interpersonal connections, symptoms of anxiety and depression, and couples navigating particularly stressful times in their lives.
I welcome anyone defining themselves as a couple. In addition, I have experience providing training in conflict resolution and as a workplace relationship coach.
