About
I offer Gottmans' couples therapy to motivated and insightful partners seeking professional support to strengthen their communication and conflict management skills. I am also a Gestalt psychotherapist with a background in psychology and 30 years of experience in the field of mental health. My work is based on respectful exploration of client’s experience in the here and now, including our ongoing psychotherapy relationship.
In addition to my psychotherapy practice, I am a faculty member at Gestalt Therapy Australia and I am an Honorary Fellow at the Center for Mental Health at the University of Melbourne.
I have completed Level 3 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy.
