Provides online therapy
Tuesday- Saturday from 12pm to 9pm
I am a Counselling Psychologist, Couple Therapist and Creative Dance & Embodiment Facilitator. I am a member of Psychological Society of Ireland.
My intention is to accompany you in a collaborative, receptive and creative way in making a positive impact on your life and moving towards your goals by offering a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore parts of yourself and connect to your inner landscape.
I believe that each person has already what is needed to heal and grow when given the appropriate environment and that through compassion for all parts of ourselves we step closer to inner freedom and living the life we truly want.
QUALIFICATION AND TRAINING
I earned my Master’s Degree in Psychology at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities in Poland with emphasis in Clinical Psychology in 2015. After completing my degree I moved to Ireland where I work and develop my practice.
I take on an integrative, holistic, strength-based and diversity-oriented approach that incorporates traditional talk therapy with innovations in body awareness and mind-body integration. Through my own experience and years of my practice I’ve found that working with the body and connecting to its wisdom is an invaluable component of healing and growth.
I draw from different modalities and adapt unique approach, specific to each person’s needs. My work is inspired by Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Dance Movement Psychotherapy, Somatic Psychology, Internal Family System, Gottman Couple Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Non-violent Communication (NVC), Compassion Focused Therapy, Trauma Sensitive Approach, Mindfulness and Neuroscience.
