The couples I work with most often are experiencing disconnection and frustration because of communication difficulties, intimacy difficulties, life stressors, and/or infidelity. They are feeling stuck in repeated patterns, and stubborn resentments.
With over 30 years of experience I ground my Level 2 Gottman Method Couples Therapy in a trauma-informed supportive space to reduce anxiety, heal past wounds & strengthen emotional connection.
I am also a Gottman Institute Certified Bringing Baby Home Educator, and work with expecting and new parents to build and maintain relationship strength as they make the transition into new or repeated parenthood!
