We will set up a complimentary 30 minute consultation with you as a vibe check to make sure its a good fit!

Then you will come in for 3-4 Couples Assessment sessions following the Gottman Method.
One session together- then two separate sessions- assessing the problems your relationship is facing, but also the joys you've experienced together and strengths you possess.

Then you will come in for a 3rd and final Feedback Session. We will give clear and research-based information about the state of your relationship. No more guessing. We will just lay it all out together.

Our clients report extreme relief from this session. Having us see the issues clearly, name them together, and learning how we will help you solve those problems proves VERY reassuring!

Then we will get straight to work, using proven Gottman Method interventions all along the way!
