My approach to couples therapy begins with meeting each couple where they are and taking the time to understand their unique story, experiences, and relationship dynamics. I believe every relationship has existing strengths that can serve as a foundation for growth. Through a collaborative and supportive process, I help couples identify areas of strength as well as opportunities for improvement.

Using the Gottman Method, I work with couples to develop and apply practical, research-based skills that strengthen emotional connection, improve communication, navigate conflict more effectively, and build shared meaning. My goal is to help couples gain a deeper understanding of themselves and one another while developing the tools needed to create a stronger, more fulfilling relationship.
