Ever wonder how two people who love each other can have the same argument a hundred different ways? I help couples get beneath those arguments, understand the patterns keeping them stuck, and find their way back to each other.

I welcome LGBTQ+ couples and partners in consensually nonmonogamous (ENM) and polyamorous relationships. There's no one-size-fits-all formula for a healthy relationship, and I'm not here to tell you what yours should look like. Drawing on the Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Imago, I combine practical tools with curiosity about what's happening beneath the conflict.

With more than three decades of experience in mortgage lending and real estate, I also help couples navigate financial stress. Because money arguments are rarely just about money!

As a Resident in Marriage and Family Therapy practicing under board-approved supervision, I offer Gottman-informed couples therapy at a more accessible fee while completing my licensure requirements.
