About

Relationships rarely fall apart because of one big problem. More often, they become stuck in painful patterns that leave both partners feeling unheard, misunderstood, and alone. I help couples understand what's happening beneath the conflict, slow the cycle, and build the skills needed to reconnect. Whether you're navigating recurring arguments, emotional distance, trust after betrayal, neurodivergent differences, or uncertainty about the future of your relationship, therapy provides a structured path toward lasting change.

Drawing on more than 20 years in mortgage lending and real estate, along with my training as a Certified Financial Therapist Candidate, I also help couples navigate the financial stress that often fuels conflict and disconnection. My goal is to help you better understand one another, strengthen your relationship, and create lasting change—together.

As a Resident in Marriage and Family Therapy practicing under board-approved supervision, I'm able to offer couples therapy at a lower fee than many fully licensed Gottman therapists. This allows couples to access specialized, evidence-based relationship care at a more affordable rate while I complete my LMFT licensure requirements.

Special populations

Neurodivergent couples (ADHD/autism), betrayal recovery, and high-conflict relationships.
