About

I help couples get support when communication feels overwhelming, stuck, or hard to navigate on your own. Many couples come in feeling caught in the same painful conversations - or avoiding them altogether - unsure how to change what’s happening between them. My role is to help you shift those patterns in ways that feel doable and real.

This work often leads to feeling more supported by your partner, learning how to repair after conflict, and remembering what brought you together in the first place. For many couples, it also means reconnecting with enjoyment - laughing more, feeling closer, and remembering how to actually like being together again, not just managing the relationship.

I welcome the conversations that can feel hardest to have - around desire, intimacy, resentment, trust, and conflict. With a structured, supportive approach, I help couples move out of gridlock and build skills to navigate difficult conversations with more clarity, confidence, and care. I also work with couples navigating the impact of addiction or substance use, supporting the rebuilding of trust and stability at a pace that feels safe for everyone involved.

Our work is collaborative and practical. You’ll gain insight into your relational patterns and tools you can use outside of sessions to strengthen communication and connection. My hope is that you leave therapy not just feeling supported, but more confident - and more connected - in how you show up for each other, both in everyday moments and when things feel hard.
