Whether your relationship is young or seasoned, partnering with another individual can be challenging at times. Healthy relationships take work. With the Gottman Method for couples therapy we will look at the strengths and growth areas for your relationship through an in-depth assessment process. You will practice and learn methods of communicating and managing conflict to strengthen your connection and improve your friendship.
