As a Level 3 Gottman trained Couples Counselor, and certified Coach with 11 years of experience, I use all scientific based models, strategies, and tools mixed with humor, creativity and action.
My personal style reflects a rich sense of curiosity, compassion and warmth. As a former comedian, comedy writer, and filmmaker, I believe that humor blended with lots of respect and smart strategies can be a highly affective therapeutic tool!
