Relationships and intimacy are living, evolving processes — and even the strongest couples can find themselves feeling stuck, disconnected, or misunderstood. As a couples and sex therapist, I help partners deepen emotional and physical connection, rebuild trust, and create more satisfying relationships. My style is compassionate, direct, and experiential, grounded in curiosity about how each partner’s experience shapes the relationship dynamic. My work integrates training in Gestalt therapy, sex therapy, and the Gottman Method. This combination allows me to support couples on multiple levels — emotional, relational, and sexual. Gestalt principles guide my focus on present-moment awareness and authentic dialogue; the Gottman Method offers practical tools to reduce conflict and strengthen friendship and trust; and my background in sex therapy helps couples explore intimacy, desire, and communication around sexuality with openness and respect.

I view therapy as a collaborative process — one that invites honesty, reflection, and a willingness to experiment with new ways of relating. I create a supportive space where both partners can be fully seen and heard, while also being gently challenged toward growth and connection.
