About

Have you and your partner been frustrated by having the same argument over and over again? Are you struggling to cope with anxiety, life transitions, or stress in your daily life and the impact on your relationship? Do you wish you had ways to communicate with your partner that don't end in an argument? If this sounds like you, then you have come to the right place. I am Dr. Kelsey Holiday, and I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in the state of California (PSY33681). My approach to therapy is warm, compassionate, and nonjudgemental. Relationships are difficult in the best of times, and I strive to help clients improve communication and work through differences using evidence-based practices.

I welcome and affirm all client identities with respect to education, culture, ethnicity, race, sex, gender identity, age, veteran’s status, color, religion, disability, sexual orientation and beliefs.

While I work with a broad range of mental health conditions, my particular areas of specialty include anxiety, social anxiety, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and stress for high performers. I have completed specialized training in working with couples who have experienced trauma and affairs. I have been certified in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), an evidence-based treatment for PTSD, since 2018. I also have intensive training in exposure and response prevention for OCD and phobias, which I have been treating since 2017. If you or your partner are struggling with one of the diagnoses above, I can help you work through the impact on your relationship.
