One of the great blessings of my life is having the opportunity to walk with people during the difficult moments of their lives, and see the growth that can take place.
I use Gottman Therapy when working with couples. I have completed Gottman Level 1, 2, and 3 training, and am currently in the Gottman certification program.
I am an EMDR trained therapist, which I use when working with clients who have experienced trauma.
I have been theologically trained, so I am comfortable working with spiritual issues.
