About
The couples I feel most called to work with are often the ones others might shy away from — the high-conflict pairs, the couples in crisis, those standing right at the edge of separation or divorce. Over the years, I’ve learned that within every crisis lies a powerful opening. When everything is shaken up, it’s not just a sign of trouble — it can also be a doorway to hope and possibility. That’s the moment when we roll up our sleeves, step into the fire together, and re-choreograph those old, stuck patterns into something entirely new.
As Founder and Director of a practice devoted exclusively to evidence-informed couples therapy, I bring a blend of heart, grit, rigor, and irrepressible creativity to the work of helping couples find their way back from the brink. My approach is grounded in the most current research in the field and infused with a practical, make-it-work sensibility that keeps the work honest and real.
I believe that the most meaningful change happens when couples are willing to step into the very places that hurt the most. Research shows that people learn best when they’re supported in the same emotional terrain where they struggle — and this is where I do my best work. For over two decades, I’ve refined the art of guiding couples through those raw, charged spaces and helping them build something stronger and more resilient on the other side. For many, I’ve become the person they turn to when everything else has failed.
Equally important, I have the privilege of leading a team of exceptionally talented and highly trained couples therapists who share the same level of dedication, skill, and heart. Together, we offer couples not just one perspective, but a collective wealth of experience — a team committed to helping partners navigate their hardest seasons and rediscover what’s possible.
