Some couples come to therapy ready to reconnect and grow closer; others need support in exploring whether to stay together or part ways in a healthy and compassionate way. Wherever you are in that process, my role is to guide you toward greater understanding, emotional safety, and confidence in your next steps. I also support couples navigating major life transitions—such as engagement, parenthood, career shifts, or healing after betrayal—by helping them communicate openly and align around shared goals and values.
