About

I am passionate about the Gottman Method of Couples Therapy and
use a highly relational approach when working with you to help your relationship. I have worked with well over 150 couples and have seen so many relationships transformed when couples learn more effective ways to communicate, manage conflict, enjoy each other’s company, improve sexual intimacy, and heal from regrettable incidents or betrayals. The work we do together is hard but transformative, requiring consistency and practice that can really makes a difference in the quality of your lives and relationship. The tools you will learn not only work in love relationships, but help all relationships including those with children, adult children, and colleagues.
Relationships are hard, but it is never too late to make things better in your relationship. Please reach out to me if you are interested in scheduling an appointment.

In addition to my private practice, I am the clinical director of NUhope Community Counseling Center in Kirkland, WA, where Gottman Method Couples Therapy is offered at a reduced cost starting at $35 per session for couples who are financially stressed. Please e-mail nuhopeinfo@northwestu.edu for more information.
