My work is especially attuned to neurodivergent relationships, including ADHD- and autism-informed dynamics, and to couples facing the pressures of parenting—together or apart. I focus on building emotional safety, improving co-regulation, and healing the relational wounds that keep you stuck in conflict or distance.
