Our sessions are focused on you—No pressure … it’s a way of getting to know you and helping you get over the places you feel stuck.

My goal is to create a safe space, collaborate with you to set goals and help you reach them. There isn't a "one size fits all" approach to therapy. Our sessions will fit your specific needs and concerns.

I work within a framework of attachment, relationship wounds, and exploring any family of origin issues that have followed you. My counselling work is guided by a trauma lens with anti-oppression background. My passion is getting couples who feel hopeless and need more in life unstuck.

I specialize in the treatment of sex related issues—sexual trauma, sexual compulsions/addictions, sexual dysfunction, sexual/pelvic pain and relationship (couples & marriage) concerns, including healing after infidelity, couple conflict.

I use a number of therapeutic techniques which include Emotionally-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, EMDR and Gottman Method.
