About

I am a Gottman-trained online couples therapist helping partners reconnect, rebuild trust, and communicate better. I specialize in online couples therapy for partners who feel stuck in communication, trust or emotional disconnection. Our virtual sessions help you rebuild connection from the comfort of your home.

The couples I work with come in knowing something has to change — and together, we figure out what that looks like. I specialize in parenting, life transitions, infidelity, and communication. I provide online couples counseling to clients who want to rebuild trust, improve communication, and manage conflict more effectively.

I completed my masters degree in Marriage and Family therapy at Pacific Lutheran University, then worked in community mental health care before starting a private practice where I provide online couples therapy, and Marathon intensive weekends on Vashon Island. I have completed Level 3 of the Gottman Method training for working with couples.
