When your relationships are hurting, it affects everything. Our relationships are the foundations of our functioning, and it's wise to understand this connection and seek guidance.

You deserve counseling based on science and research. You deserve respect and acceptance as you work through strengthening your relationship. Each couple has strengths and resiliencies that need to be connected to the right tools for effective connection. I am always honored to be asked to witness and support the sacredness of relationships.

I have dual licenses in Marriage & Family Therapy as well as Chemical Dependency Counseling. I have over 25 years counseling experience with individuals and couples. I am proud to be a Certified Gottman Therapist.

I am the owner of Align Couples Therapy, a group practice specializing in the treatment of couples and individuals. Our clinicians are all trained in the Gottman Method and all are providing online as well as face to face counseling at this time. The Gottman Method provides a comforting, clear and easy to understand process to navigate the complexities of human connection. We start with a thorough online questionnaire that outlines the strengths and challenges for your relationship. We use this as a road map to start the journey toward your healing and to create a well informed treatment plan. I strive to make the counseling process productive, actionable and collaborative. I offer marathon sessions if desired.
