My therapy practice is informed through a strengths-based perspective using Systems, Cognitive Behavioral (CBT) and Mindfulness tools. The system is you...the people and influences you bring from the past and who you have with you now. CBT addresses thoughts that have not served you well and Mindfulness tools focus on a way of being in the world and nurtures your sense of being all right with who you are. The process is collaborative and compassionate. I provide a supportive environment to take emotional risks and practice skills necessary to have a successful partnership.
