About
Relationships hold an extraordinary amount of power in our lives, and having a trustworthy relationship with a therapist can fortify your ability to tap into that power and transform it into growth. Together, we can work at your pace towards creating room to process difficult emotions and relational patterns and utilize the couple relationship as a vessel for healing.
I work collaboratively with my couples to identify goals, strengths, and road blocks in order to assist with long-term growth and healing. I draw from my completion of the Gottman Level 3 practicum training to provide couples with evidence-based knowledge and tools to build a stronger relationship.
Beginning therapy is often a difficult choice, and it can bring with it feelings of anxiety and paralysis; but these don't need to stop you from becoming your best self or partner. Let's start tackling life's challenges together.
