As LGBTQ+ people, we build our relationships, families, and communities with intention, creativity, and resilience. Life transitions, however deeply desired, can cause us to confront unexpected challenges. Therapy can provide space to better understand our goals, navigate transitions with more grace, and find more authentic connection with ourselves and others. While I specialize in working with LGBTQ+ communities, I welcome the opportunity to work with anyone who may benefit from a feminist, trauma-informed, mindfulness-focused, intersectional approach.
At the core of my practice is my unwavering belief in our individual and collective potential for change and capacity to heal. As a therapist, I see myself as a partner in your work to reconnect to yourself, to make meaning of and integrate your experiences, and to create space for you to find presence and peace in your life.
