Hi, My name is Kristina and I am a Clinical Social worker. When children enter into our relationships, we are forced to relate to each other differently. We all strive for connection, but with children that can look very different than connection before children.

When we experience disconnection, especially, we can experience depression, anxiety, anger, resentment, and more! Sometimes we lash out, do things we normally wouldn't do, or don't want to do. We might also accept abuse from others because of the fear of losing connection.

My mission for my time with you, is to help you on your journey to heal your connection, find ways to get deeper with each other, communicate through conflict, create shared meaning and more!
