When relationships face challenging moments, I specialize in helping couples rediscover connection, rebuild trust, and navigate the complexities of intimacy, communication breakdowns, gridlocked conflicts, and more. My primary approach is rooted in the Gottman Method, which provides evidence-based strategies to strengthen relationships. However, I also recognize that deeper emotional patterns and past experiences can sometimes affect relationships in ways that communication tools alone can’t resolve. That’s why I incorporate additional therapies such as EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Practices, and Mindfulness to further support the couple’s healing process and bring deeper understanding.

I embrace a holistic approach to healing that recognizes the interconnectedness of emotional, psychological, and relational health, helping couples to find balance and connection in their relationships and within themselves.
