With over 14 years of experience in marriage counseling and couples therapy, I help partners build stronger, more connected relationships. As a Certified Gottman Therapist since 2017 and co-author and Master Trainer of the Gottman Seven Principles Program, I specialize in teaching science-backed relationship tools to improve communication, manage conflict, and deepen intimacy.

I completed over 180 hours of training through Antioch University's Sexuality Studies Certificate Program. Couples can find open, scientifically accurate and affirming ways to express their sexual needs with one another in my care.

My work has been featured in major media outlets including The New York Times, Vanity Fair, Google Talks, Bustle, and Martha Stewart. I co-authored Reconnect: A Marriage Counseling Workbook, offering over 50 practical exercises to help couples rebuild connection and strengthen mature relationships.
