Relationships are often hard and complex. Understanding who we are and how we interact within our family system will help us learn to love and connect with those most precious to us in a more healthy way. We are constantly evolving as individuals and in our marriage relationships. Marriage is an on-going process of getting to know your spouse. Lauran will encourage the desire for you and your spouse to know and pursue one another in an authentic and transparent relationship. By integrating Drs. John and Julie Gottman's research methods, you will be taught how to have healthy and respectful dialogue, enjoyment of one another, and how to address past hurts that impact the health of the relationship. Lauran Thomas, LPC-S is the director & clinical supervisor of KS Services, LLC. She has been practicing individual, marriage, and family therapy for over 20 years. Lauran practices both in Colorado and Virginia. Married to a retired veteran and mother to two adult children and a twelve-year-old, she is well acquainted with the challenges and opportunities many marriages and families encounter. Lauran will partner with you to find new tools to pursue connection and wellness for your marriage.
