About
I care deeply about helping couples strengthen their relationship through meaningful, lasting change using evidence-based work grounded in the The Gottman Method. I specialize in supporting couples who are raising families and trying to stay connected through the many seasons, stresses, and transitions of life. Whether you are navigating the demands of parenthood, feeling distant from one another, or working to rebuild trust after a painful experience, I provide a steady, supportive space for growth and healing.
I have additional training in working with trauma, affairs, and addiction within marriage. My approach is both compassionate and practical; helping couples better understand one another, communicate more effectively, and strengthen the friendship, trust, and emotional connection that sustain long-term relationships and make life worth living and experiencing together.
When you work with me, you will find an ally who genuinely believes in your capacity as a couple to grow and thrive. I invest deeply in the couples I work with and hold great respect for the vulnerability it takes to seek support. It is an honor to walk alongside you as you work toward a relationship that feels more connected, resilient, and fulfilling.
