About
Hey there! If you are reading this you may be looking for more peace, healing, and overall understanding within your relationship. It is my honor to be able to work with couples to navigate challenging times, to refocus their connection with one another, in order to live a more fulfilled life.
I am currently trained through level 3 of The Gottman Method. Utilizing the researched-based Gottman method, combined with exploration of trauma and attachment, I am here to aid your in fleshing out the true roots of conflict within your relationship in order to strengthen the foundation. You may be surprised at what is possible in your relationship once the foundation is strengthened.
In addition to the Gottman Method, I am certified in Prolonged Exposure for PTSD through UPenn, as well as a certified Prolonged Exposure Consultant. Additionally, I enjoy utilizing Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) techniques with clients to aid in overall improvement of wellbeing.
With my Gottman training, my background in trauma training, as well as some other tools in my toolbox, I look forward to working with you and your partner with an approach that will cover various aspects of your past and present to cultivate a brighter future.
