I often work with couples transitioning into parenthood (exploring fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, parenting issues). This transition is complex and my additional Certifications for perinatal give me added tools to share for the unique challenges a couple faces during this time period.

I also work with couples figuring out what to do after infidelity has occurred, teaching them how to rebuild trust in their relationship or parting amicably. I also have helped couples heal from addiction and the trauma that often coincides with it, into a life protecting recovery and connection. You do not have to go through these challenges alone, I am honored to guide you through them and provide you the tools to build relationship satisfaction.

Committing to therapy is also committing a weekly time to work on yourself, your relationship, your household happiness. Once you learn the communication skills through our work together you will be able to use them throughout other relationships in your life as well (like at work, with family or friends and your kids).
