About
I work predominantly from the Gottman Method with couples, but have also completed multiple levels of EFT training. I am particularly interested to work with couples in which at least one partner has ADHD traits, and enjoy blending Gottman Method interventions with practical guidance and solutions for improving ADHD-related functioning. I strongly encourage sobriety of both partners throughout couples therapy.
