Liliane Nahas is a Certified EFT Supervisor and Therapist with over 40 years of experience in private practice in Houston. She works with couples, individuals, and therapists seeking EFT supervision and provides in-person and remote supervision for EFT practitioners working with couples, individuals, and families.

In addition to her expertise in EFT, Liliane is certified in the Gottman Method, Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), and Discernment Counseling and trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

As the founder of the Houston Community for Emotionally Focused Therapy (HCEFT) in 2016, Liliane served as director for over two years. During this time, she hosted Dr. Sue Johnson, the founder of EFT, and facilitated training for over 100 therapists from Texas and beyond.

Liliane aims to work on couples/ individuals living happier lives by helping them change the negative patterns they have fallen into and guiding them towards a positive outlook.

She creates a safe space where individuals and couples can navigate through old hurts, fears, and anxieties to discover more joy, freedom, and love in their lives.

She is fluent in English, Arabic, and French and conducts therapy in these languages and she explains psychology in layman’s language through her blogs.
