Real love asks more of us. It asks us to face differences, move through disconnection, and find our way back to one another—or forward with honesty and care.
I work with couples who feel caught in cycles of hurt, anger, or distance. Many believe the relationship is over. Often, what’s needed isn’t an ending, but new understanding—and the skills to create something different.
Drawing from the Gottman Method (Level 2), Imago, and PAIRS, I help couples turn conflict into connection and rediscover what first brought them together. And when parting is the right choice, I support couples in doing so with dignity.
I also work with individuals navigating grief, life transitions, and the deeper questions of meaning and direction.
