I am one of the most experienced and highly skilled Certified Gottman Marital Therapists in the Bay Area, trained personally by John and Julie Gottman in 2001. I've been providing the highest quality of marital therapy for more than 30 years. What is a couple’s therapy session like?
The couple learn and practice new ways of interacting with each other. I actively guide and coach each partner to use specific tools and techniques which Gottman’s research shows lead to a satisfying relationship. You will practice methods to increase positivity in your relationship and also learn how to use specific strategies to deal with difficult gridlocked conflicts. Every relationship has these issues, what counts is HOW they are dealt with.
We know precisely approaches which work and we know exactly what doesn't work too. I will teach you how use new methods which do work!
