About

Hi there, I'm a Clinical Psychologist, Coach, Supervisor and Trainer with international experience. I help individuals and couples move through stuckness, stress, and disconnection toward clarity, growth, and connection.

My approach is warm, science-based, and tailored to your goals, drawing on Gottman Method, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). If you're up for it, I like to include success measures at the beginning, middle and end of our work together so we can track our progress and adjust as we go.

Sessions offer a safe space to explore, reflect, and make meaningful change. In couples therapy/coaching I help partners communicate better, rebuild trust, and rediscover joy together.

I supervise and train junior psychologists and as a coach I love helping professionals and expats tackle big transitions with confidence.

New to therapy? Unsure where to start? You don’t need to have it all figured out. I work with clients at all stages of life who are navigating anxiety, burnout, transitions or just a feeling of “something needs to shift.”
