At Lotus Therapy, I provide individual therapy couples therapy, and family counseling offering a warm and supportive space where meaningful change can unfold.

I specialize in couples and relationship therapy, with a strong foundation in the Gottman Method, helping partners strengthen communication, navigate conflict, and repair trust after experiences such as infidelity or emotional disconnection. My work focuses on helping couples better understand one another’s inner worlds, shift unhelpful patterns, and build a relationship rooted in respect, emotional safety, and connection.

Executive therapy supports clients who are managing high levels of responsibility while seeking greater clarity, alignment, and sustainability in their leadership. Areas of focus include career transitions, burnout, decision fatigue, interpersonal dynamics, and values-based leadership.
