Currently, I'm offering both in-person and online sessions. I believe that given the right tools, we are all capable of attaining a comfortable level of happiness and fulfillment in life. My role is to help you acquire and sharpen those tools within the shortest possible time frame. I use the Gottman model of therapy when working with couples. For me, nothing is more fulfilling than watching a couple learn how to share their feelings in a way that they're heard, offer validation and support to one another, strengthen their friendship, rediscover their playfulness, and rekindle their romance.
With individuals, I take an eclectic approach, using a variety of techniques and therapeutic approaches depending on your needs.
Within a compassionate, supportive environment, we will address whatever challenges brought you to therapy and come up with techniques and a plan to improve your situation. Together, we will set achievable goals that will change as you progress in therapy.
Since my background includes a strong grounding in fitness, wellness, and the mind/body connection, I take a holistic approach to health and happiness. I love my work and truly enjoy seeing clients reach their personal goals and find a place of peace, satisfaction, and pleasure in their lives.
