I believe that at the heart of everything, our relationships impact all aspects of our lives. As a result, I have specialized in helping people have the best relationships possible - with themself, and with others.

I have been providing counseling to the Atlanta area for over 15 years, and have been the owner and Clinical Director of our counseling group practice, Fava Counseling Associates since 2015. I have worked with hundreds of couples in that time, helping them to improve aspects of their relationships and gain clarity about their next steps.

Trained through Level 3 of the Gottman method, I have seen this approach in particular make a big impact on improving the communication, conflict, and connection of the couples I see. I am such a big advocate of the Gottman method, I require all the counselors on our team to be trained in it! We ALL use aspects of the Gottman approach with every couple we see.
