I work with my clients by providing supportive counselling sessions that aim towards healthy change, development, life balance and growth. This will involve exploring thoughts, feelings and behaviours and taking action to achieve positive change. There will be times where I will use assessment forms and give out tasks or homework to be done in between sessions. Therapy will draw upon Cognitive Behavioural Therapeutic techniques, the Satir Transformation Method and/or The Gottman Couples Therapy Method.
