I’m a clinical psychologist with more than 20 years of experience helping couples understand the patterns that keep them feeling stuck, frustrated, and emotionally disconnected.

My work is active, practical, and grounded in both research and clinical experience. In sessions, we address the issues while simultaneously building skills and strategies to manage conflict, increase understanding, and strengthen the friendship.

I incorporate Gottman principles into my work in a flexible way rather than treating couples therapy as a strict formula. I also have extensive experience with adult ADHD and the impact it can have on relationship dynamics.

My style is relaxed, direct, and collaborative. I don’t believe therapy has to feel intense or serious all the time in order to be meaningful. There is room for humor, lighter moments, and laughter along the way, even while we take on difficult issues.
