About

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the states of Texas, Oregon, and California. I specialize in marriage and couples counseling and I am currently pursuing certification with the Gottman Institute. My approach to counseling is one of genuine interest and curiosity. Throughout sessions I provide a space for open and compassionate listening and guidance. I show genuine interest by exploring clients current and past experiences and communication patterns without judgment, and with compassion and empathy. Conflict is natural and inevitable, my goal is to help couples strengthen the foundation of their relationships, restore their friendships and communicate in a way that supports feeling heard, validated and honored by one another. I look forward to walking alongside clients to help restore, build and strengthen relationships and thoughts of self with the techniques I have gained by training with the Gottman Institute.
